Capabilities

Before, During, and After sequence shows transformation from  "Yuk!" to "Ahhh!"  Fixtures are by "Mexican-Standard"  and the tub-surround is from "Crane; Illusions".

We're used to cleaning up after others.  This W/C drain was installed at the wrong height, should be slightly below floor level.  Our resourceful McGyver type took a nylon cutting-board, which he Roto-Zipped into a spacer.      Talk about "Sitting high on the Throne!"

Do you really know how a toilet works?  Everybody poops, but few know how it gets sent on it's way. Most people think its the tank-full of water that empties the bowl and it's contents. But it's really that the water fills the top of the drain-channel and creates a Siphon Action that then sucks the bowl empty.  The wax ring isn't to stop water from leaking, as the drain is empty anyway except during flushing.  The wax ring is to ensure an air-tight seal to create the siphon, and you can easily test this. Feed a 3 foot long length of plastic tubing, like aquarium line or oxygen tubing thru the bowl into the drain.  Now for darn sure hang on to your end of the tubing! Now flush the toilet. The whirlpool should start to form but fail to flush as the tubing allows air to equalize and the siphon fails to form and the bowl does not flush. This is why you need a good seal on the wax-ring!
